Job Description

The parts professional is critical to the daily running of our large parts department. This employee will learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, including the parts which allow our equipment to perform profitably for our customers. Our customers rely on the parts professional to assist them in ordering new, replacement parts for their equipment. You will need excellent people skills. Customers come into our distribution center to get assistance and purchase parts, additionally, there is a large customer base that uses telephone ordering. The parts professional daily duties include keeping the parts department stocked and well organized, inputting all new parts orders correctly into the company's computer system, and most importantly, consistent follow up to make certain all orders are filled correctly and in a timely and satisfactory fashion for our customers. Skills Needed

Compensation

$40-50,000 / year + performance bonus.
