Our Story
In 1989, founder Ron Jansen opened his first laundromat and later ended up working for his distributor. Feeling he could provide better service as a distributor, he opened Laundry Pro of Florida in 1996. By opening Laundry Pro of Florida, Ron has been able to provide customers with the equipment, service, and support that he was missing when he opened his first laundromat.
Learning what customers want through firsthand experience of owning his own laundromat, the mission of Laundry Pro of Florida is to “treat customers as we would want to be treated”.
Our History As A Company
Originally, Laundry Pro of Florida serviced only 7 counties from Tampa to Naples. Now, we service almost all of Florida and parts of Alabama.
What started as a one-man-operation with Ron doing all of the ordering, receiving, and delivering of equipment has transformed into a full team of sales professionals, service and installation technicians, and customer support staff.
